There were 4strategy groups with diff initial regimens; noninferiority was assessed in the 2 strategy groups with complete enrollment, which had initial regimens of high-dose RIF–linezolid & bedaquiline–linezolid (each with INH, PZA,& ETH).
-The primary outcome was a composite of death, ongoing treatment, or active disease at week 96.

The researchers estimate that in 20 high-incidence countries, 38 million individuals live in a household with someone with pulmonary #tuberculosis — with children under 5 making up 12% of populations with home exposure.

The headline is probably this graph. The scale was clearly chosen for dramatic effect (also data for more than 4 years shouldn't be too much to ask), but notifications fell off a cliff last year.
