The Stone commutation is invalid & improper. It violates the spirit of the Constitution (even if not the letter of the Constitution). I contend it’s the product of a criminal conspiracy & constitutes obstruction of justice (& a perversion of justice). But here’s the tough part -
How can it be challenged? And by whom? To challenge something in court, you need “standing.” This means you must be personally/directly impacted by the act, in this case, the Stone sentence commutation. Let’s set aside the obvious argument that ALL AMERICANS are affected -

372/CON'T Case must be made that this is incompetent&foolish. Above tweet is what would happen in Trump victory w/ continued DOJ weirdness. More immediately, the 101 likely displeased at such orders& @SpeakerPelosi would defund. Are a Republic to avoid such costly tyranny.
