@JustMeBeingMe4 Of 220 cases, 58 were examine in depth and 2 cases were found to have broken Equality and Human Rights legislation. These related to 1. stating AS in Lab was a smear campaign, denying it existed and 2. agreeing with a post that likened Israeli policies to those of Hitler.

@JustMeBeingMe4 From the EHRC evidence, both @ken4london and @DerbyChrisW should be allowed back into @UKLabour due to political interference. Chris would be a @UKLabour MP now rather than been forced to stand as an independent.
