Definitions:
Unvaccinated = No vax
Not yet protected = 0-13 days after 1st dose of vaccine
Partially vaccinated = 14d+ after 1 of 2 doses, or 0-6 days after 2nd dose
Fully vaccinated = 7d+ post 2 dose vaccine series, or 14 days post 1 dose vaccine series
