#Breaking | Navneet Singh, a 34-year-old #farmer protester from Uttarakhand, was shot and killed at ITO this afternoon, acc to an eyewitness. The shooting took place outside the Andhra Education Society on Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Marg, he said. #FarmerProtest

The entry of the protesting farmers into Delhi has to be decided by the Delhi Police as it is a matter of "law and order", the Supreme Court said on Monday, January 18.
The top court's observations came while hearing the Centre's plea seeking a directive against the proposed tractor rally or any other protest by farmers on the Republic day on January 26.
The bench headed by the Chief Justice of India SA Bobde said that the Delhi Police has all the authority to deal with the matter.
The farmers who have been protesting against the Centre's three agricultural laws for over two months now are firm on their decision to hold tractor rally on January 26, #RepublicDay.
The farmers union have assured that they would hold a peaceful parade at the Outer Ring road, Delhi.
