#TrafficAlertTO The City will soon start construction work on Lower Jarvis St from The Esplanade to Queens Quay E to upgrade a 91-year-old watermain, substandard water services and a sanitary sewer. Construction will start tomorrow and end in November. (1/3) 
Traffic impacts:
- Lower Jarvis b/w Queens Quay E and The Esplanade will be open to SB traffic only.
- Thru traffic will not be permitted NB on Lower Jarvis from Queens Quay E.
- Vehicles from the EB Gardiner off-ramp will not be permitted to turn north on Lower Jarvis. (2/3)
