In order to prevent incorrect information from people entering from Corona risk areas, the federal police should take care of the so-called exit cards in the future.
A spokeswoman for the Federal Ministry of the Interior announced on Monday after a meeting of the Corona Cabinet in Berlin that the police would now be instructed to “match exit cards with the passports of those entering the country” and
then forward them to the health authorities. This measure for better tracking of infection chains will be implemented before the end of the month. So far, the forms have been collected from airlines and bus companies and sent to the health authorities.
