Ringrazio @CBlengio per questa prima parte della sua opinione in merito alla questione all'ordine del giorno (#TrumpTwitterBan e dintorni), perché ha il merito fondamentale della chiarezza. In attesa della seconda parte, provo a segnalargli cosa non mi persuade del suo discorso.
1. In generale, mi pare che Carlo sorvoli un po' troppo sulla grande distanza che separa il contesto giuridico europeo da quello statunitense, in modo particolare per quello che riguarda proprio la libertà di espressione (di seguito LdE).
My thoughts on censorship.
1. Those who support censorship always assume it won't be used against them in the future. Censorship is only loved because it is used on those you hate. Reverse the pointer and imagine how it feels.

2. Censors and supporters assume that they will always be in power and control, which is a very naive assumption. As soon as they lose power, they find themselves on same the avalanche they create.
If you can't imagine or tolerate the other side being a censor you should not support censorship.
