Ms #Tsulukiani knows best that I was & am one of the biggest critics of #Saakashvili’s regime & fought for the right of 🇬🇪 people to democratically elect their government. Accusing me of colluding with #UNM is a deliberate lie that no reasonably thinking person will believe.

Reakcja władz #Gruzja na zaangażowanie Michaiła Sakaszwiliego w ukraińską politykę jako szefa organu doradczego prezydenta Zeleńskiego jest stosunkowo zrozumiała, gdyż postać byłego prezydenta dalej stanowi oś polaryzacji politycznej w #Gruzja.
Sam Sakaszwili, wcześniej działając w ukraińskiej polityce, wykorzystywał swoją "medialność" do odnoszenia się do wewnętrznych spraw gruzińskiej polityki. W tym roku ma to tym bardziej znaczenie, w kontekście zaplanowanych na jesień wyborów parlamentarnych w tym kraju.
#Sakaszwili, mimo, że pełni obecnie w Gruzji jedynie funkcję honorowego lidera Zjednoczonego Ruchu Narodowego #ZRN, jego macierzystej partii, i mimo, że musi to robić zza granicy (nie może wrócić do Gruzji, bo ciążą na nim zarzuty), wciąż wpływa na gruzińską scenę polityczną.
