India getting 184 of 192 votes in its election as UN Security Council non-permanent is massive, notwithstanding the Asia-Pacific Group endorsement. This means almost all of our MUSLIM brothers voted for India ignoring the plight of Indian Muslims & the Kashmiris. #UNSCelections
Indian victory was always certain, but at least a strong message could have been conveyed if 56 oh-I-see countries, sitting in UN, had voted against it.
Pakistan has responded to India's election as UNSC non-permanent member by raising questions about its credentials for sitting on the Council wrt non-implementation of UN resolutions, human rights abuses, and undermining regional peace and stability through its actions.
