To help accomplish there is a #Medicaid supplemental rebate - a cap based on 2018 prices for HepC treatment that they then get back the difference.

How do we avoid a tendency for policy/reform discussions to focus on just 1 or 2 “blocks” that slightly improve a part of the system but don’t address the underlying inequity?
In other words: How do we avoid just treating symptoms instead of treating the disease?

This is particularly relevant re: patient education.
A lot of energy could be spent on patient education alone without directly impacting how people lack access to affordable, reliable care to begin with.
