या जहां आपके माँ बाप दादा दादी रहते थे वहाँ क्या उगता है आप वो खाइए ना
आपका शरीर उसी के हिसाब से ढला है सैकडो सालों से हर अनाज का एक क्षेत्र होता है जहां वो आसानी से उगाया जाता है उसमे नुक़सान कम होता है बीमारिया कम लगती है ।

Year 2 of my #PhD when I was atvthe peak of my #PhysicalActivity and #fitness! This was the time when anything felt acheivable 😀

Then the #science #reality and #depression hit me! It was the most unimaginable experience! It’s easy to brush off when other people say what depression entails, but the #experience was very profound and physically devastating! I noticed the smallest things around me differently!
At the end of year 5, with the help of many #people I beat the #depression! Ofcourse I had occasional flairs from that #experience. But the #rockbottom was something else! In a way I’m #glad I experienced it ad I truly cared about my PhD #research. @OpenAcademics @AcademicChatter

Strumming a few chords or playing a riff through a loud amp usually makes me feel better. It's more of a distraction this time. My amp is a little old. Even a #ragpicker might pass on it. "If you're not going to play it, sell it," Ava nagged. Life always got in the way.

Place: Most of the time I cycled through the scenic routes that go from one village to another, never-ending lush green paddy fields on either side of the road, my gratitude to #farmers 🙏

The most striking factor was how close-knit the communities are.
