1. Ahead of polling day this Thursday, I spoke to @NicolaJames007 about the campaign. It's been an unusual election campaign due to covid restrictions, but I was still able to speak to people across Suffolk to find out what they want from their new Police and Crime Commissioner.
2. I strongly believe that community policing is the key to safer and better communities. My predecessor and opponent, Mr. Passmore, has overseen drastic cuts to community policing and the justice system in Suffolk as a whole. If you elect me as your new PCC I'll change that.
3. I was quite shocked to see Mr. Passmore, the current PCC standing for re-election, claim in his campaign literature that police numbers in Suffolk have increased by 1300. In fact, they have FALLEN during his time in office.
