The aim of this ride is to raise awareness on Mental Welness and health; and the fact that suicide is not the solution to life's problems.
The theme of #WSPD2022 is “Creating hope through action.” It calls for collective action to address suicide prevention.

Meaning that all of us - family, friends, co-workers, community, educators, religious leaders, healthcare professionals, politicians & governments - have a crucial role to play and actually can take action to prevent suicides.
We commemorate #WorldSuicidePreventionDay , by raising awareness on #ResidentWellness: #CreatingHopeThroughAction. Our medical students shared their entries in the contest by @SpaceUcms & @MedicalUcms. The first entry is by birthday boy Dr Shubham Arora 1/ #MedEdMentalHealth

Einen Abschiedsbrief gab es nicht.
