The west is experiencing a #watercrisis, & it’s inflamed by lack of cross state collaboration. People claim that a regular database can serve the same function as a blockchain database. If that’s the case, why haven’t the states had a centralized database created & set up yet?🧵
We had thousands of people point & laugh at the suggested use of blockchain without actually understanding the major breakdowns in the water management across the western half of the United States.
That having a method to analyze water usage in real time across state lines seems too simple a fix to a major problem. As it stands today there is no easy way for real time water data to be communicated across state lines & current database tech lacks the security.

I appreciate all the engagement and new followers I've picked up from doing some deep dives into the Jackson, MS #watercrisis.

We have to learn to "read" these partly real/partly fictionalized stories for what they are: an attempt by one party to change how we see the world.
Maybe Mayor Chokwe Antar Lumumba is competent in some respects, but he's utterly failed to keep the water flowing, despite repeated efforts by the Feds and the State to make him.

And the White House is rewarding him by making him a hero. He's not a hero. This is all politics.
We have to learn enough about "big" stories like this to push back on the awful "narrative" foisted on us by the international media conglomerates and the DC Deep State. It's a bit easier here because while the city is blue, the state is red, and so the local media is mostly ok.

If we want to change the world, we have to start with our own selves. This is the mantra with which I started initiating efforts to conserve water in my city—Meerut in Uttar Pradesh.
I was studying in 9th standard and had been observing students of my school - both seniors and juniors - wasting water while filling their bottles or washing their hands during recess.
On several occasions, I asked them to be careful of their actions and to keep a check on the wastage. I was, however, threatened and brushed aside by many who said that if it bothered me, perhaps I should stand near the tap and shut it.

#CPEC is the backbone of #Pakistan's Grand Strategy. Enemies are keen to foment trouble in #Balochistan to sabotage the project.
A hike in terror attacks has been witnessed in the past months in Balochistan especially in areas in proximity to #Gwadar which is part of #Sabotage.
Killings of #Hazara Shias in Balochistan helps the enemy kill two birds with a stone.
1. It causes trouble in Balochistan,
2. It decreses confidence of Shias in the state of #Pakistan and leads to anger and frustration in Gilgit Baltistan, The Critical province in #CPEC.
