As much as I love #WhatWeDoInTheShadows, it’s full of plot holes.
Probably best example: Later in the show, you find out that if a vampire dies, all the vampires they created also die. But the Vampiric Council makes liberal use of the death penalty, which means they are regularly wiping out whole family lines of vampires.
Another one: Nadja made Laszlo a vampire sometime in the 19th(?) century, but in the season 1 finale L confesses to having a centuries-long reincarnation feud with N’s lover, Gregor. This means that L must have been reincarnated multiple times before becoming a vampire.
