- 1,788 were found via tests at medical facilities
- 142 via proactive tests
- 10 in quarantine facilities

The 3rd wave had led to 40,121 cases and 151 deaths between April 1 and May 2.

Starting today, Bangkok and the conurbation will sees lockdown for 14 days.

Outside of Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Chonburi are the other two epicenters.

The Criminal Court had moved the date to provide its ruling on the bail requests made by 7 detained protestors to tomorrow. Protest leader Benjar said protestors will camp out there tonight to wait for the verdict. Crowd control police are on site.

By the time authoritarian regimes become stronger together and democracies become more reliant on them, then democracies will be at their mercy. We can talk about localization and bringing production back to democracies, while ignoring the human rights transgressions ...
