1. WaKenya: Way back on 10.01.18, @KenyaPower admitted to overbilling consumers. 3.3 says that KPLC would launch a publicity campaign, & set up help desks. Did this happen?
No. KPLC disobeyed the court. Fraudulent billing continues to date.

2. In April '08, under the Coalition Govt, @orengo_james became Lands Minister. Chachu Ganya led an @LTWPOfficial delegation to him. He approved the further subdivision (into 2 titles) of the 150K acres WITHOUT any documentation. He signed a blank piece of paper!

1. Powerful personalities including key politicians (both sides) & entities are associated with the politically aligned @LTWPOfficial (& others) that has been given preferential treatment over, eg, Gitson Energy, which has been frustrated repeatedly for 17yrs!
