Here are the big 4 PB leaders - Biggs, Nordean, Rehl, Donahoe - assembling the troops in the morning on Jan 6, issuing orders. No doubt that they planned: had a 60-person message channel; Donahoe had asked for a "commander's briefing" the night before.. 2/
The PB leaders filed to dismiss charges of conspiring to obstruct or impede an official proceeding (18 USC 1512(c)(2)): the electoral certification wasn't an official proceeding, driving lawmakers into hiding wasn't obstruction, + they weren't violent. Judge Kelly said, nope. 3/

1/ This is a new thread on the first minutes of the Jan 6 assault on the capitol. The attack was lead by Proud Boys, but by timing it is clear that fence-removal fronts were also part of the same effort. Essential background is this WSJ analysis:
