If you're on hardware that doesn't support Windows XP then just use a VM like the guy in the video to upgrade to each new step and change VM settings as necessary to support the next operating system. Once you get to Windows 11 extract that key for future clean installs 👍
Then you can use a script like github.com/foerl/Windows-… to extract your product key once you get to your final operating system. However, I believe all the way back to Windows 7 product keys work on Windows 11 👍

If you’re doing a clean install from media & not upgrade from within Windows 10 you can use the latest version of Rufus to create media that automatically bypasses it 👍🏻 #TechTips #Windows11 
You can also hit SHIFT+F10 when setup loads booting from media to open CMD windows and then add registry key before proceeding to the “compatibility check” which also should work. The compatibility check is illusionary & Windows 11 works just fine without TPM or supported CPU 😏

Screen is stuck at 100%. I tried to shut on and off but it's not working. tried pressing power button for like hundreds of times. Nothing works ;)

I didn't like updating my work mac to Monterey or my phone to Android 12 but here I am thinking Windows 11 is a good move.
Very exciting to open the Start Menu and see not a single app you actually use and even less that are actually installed.
What happened to UX evolution? This is the @Xerox STAR, an evolution of the Alto, released 40 yrs ago in 1981. Windows, icons, menus, pointer (WIMP), cut/paste, move, drag, resize. It’s all there, just as in #Windows11. Did we merely change icons & aesthetics for 40 yrs? (1)
UX evolution seems a great example of a search for something better getting stuck in a “local minima”; GUIs are great, but is this paradigm “optimal”? What is the text->GUI-like shift that comes next? Some say VR. But that’s not precise enough. Not universal enough. (2)
There will likely always be a need to see information, unaided, on a 2D surface. Aside from VR, there are speech or voice based interfaces (VUIs) like the popular Alexa, Siri agents. But these are clunky and nowhere close to a general-purpose computing user interface. (3)

This concept is built from ground up using only WinUI 2.6 controls. This means that it uses the new Mica material and the new layering system. This is what layers show:

Global actions like new, copy, cut, delete, etc. are located in the top command bar. A second command bar contains the breadcrumb control and actions that change according to the user preferences for that folder (group by, sort by, show as).
