Here at our end, I had my first angry ranting Tweets, then wrote my Open Letter to Wolf and CNN (it is my currently pinned Tweet, has had over 700 retweets already, THANK YOU)

Secondly the car gasoline price at the pump is NOT an indicator of inflation. It is not a MEASURE of inflation. It is a LAZY journalist's trick, because gas pump prices are good TV images. And good for SCARING TV viewers

But thirdly, Wolf Blitzer LIED. He claimed the prices to be DC prices, when he picked LITERALLY the highest price on a notoriously expensive gas station, near car rental return.
