. @BrookCharity is one of the providers we frequently hear complaints about from both parents & teachers. Advising children to watch porn is not what they were expecting from #RSE. They want children taught about harms & how to have a healthy relationships as adults. #edutwitter

Since then we have run many successful campaigns to protect children from inappropriate & politically biased materials, such as this from @BBC_Teach that bizarrely informed children that there were ‘over 100 different genders’ safeschoolsallianceuk.net/2019/09/04/ssa…
And yet when we have reported schools to @Ofstednews & @amanda_spielman for #safeguarding failures around #RSE materials they have signed them off again as ‘good’. Far too many people have an extremely poor understanding of child protection. #Edutwitter telegraph.co.uk/news/2023/03/0…

Interesting thread from @Headteacherchat. We would say the greatest #safeguarding concern for schools at the moment is the sheer volume of children needing help. We seem to be witnessing our safeguarding frameworks failing on a national level. In our opinion both @educationgovuk

Since the schools have gone back the inbox is filling up faster than we can answer with political propaganda, #safeguarding failure’s & misinformation being taught at fact. The rainbow flag award features heavily, look out for it in schools particularly around Cambs & Manchester.
Let’s take a look at this propaganda masquerading as a resource for KS4 (children aged 14-16). It starts off by claiming it’s required curriculum, but quickly launches into highly contentious political activism.

Julia Long is a lesbian feminist activist. She campaigns against porn & the damage it causes women & girls as well as being a researcher for the femicide census #CountingDeadWomen. Julia & her wife @sargesalute are excellent role models for lesbian & gender non conforming girls.
We are appalled that @JustLikeUsUK are telling girls, just becoming aware that they are same sex attracted that they have no right to exclude ‘lesbians’ with penises from their dating pool. This is #rapeculture. It is abhorrent that @educationgovuk are endorsing this.

‘People who menstruate’ is not ‘inclusive’ language. It is offensive & dehumanising. When used in public health campaigns it excludes many women. Women with LD’s, women with EAL, women with poor literacy skills. The @educationgovuk is clear that it is girls who menstruate.
As well as being offensive (it is akin to the old fashioned misogynistic slur ‘bleeders’) ‘people who menstrate’, ‘cervix havers’, ‘uterus owners’ & all the other appalling euphemisms used for women & girls. It is politically motivated language & as such has no place in school.
Once again we have problems in Warwickshire. @EquipEquality1 are misrepresenting the Equality Act to schools. Are you endorsing this @Warwickshire_CC? Have you not learnt from previous debacles?

For anybody who would like to know what ‘bukkake’ is without googling, this is how @Warwickshire_CC described it - to children. They also graphically described ‘fisting’, ‘felching’, ‘sunflowering’ & how normal it was for 12 year olds to be addicted to porn - to children.
