2/ Every night, right before you sleep, write down the top 3 things you need to do tomorrow AND anything that is bothering you.

Getting it out of your head will help you sleep better and get a faster start in the morning.
3/ Before taking a break from any complex work, always write down where you are and what you were doing.

It will save you a lot of time when you pick it up again, even if it's just an hour later.

This is the face of #depression.
Today I'm going public in the hope that will help me to fight back.
No one can guess from that picture that I cried for hours that day and had dark thoughts.
It never stops.
#mentalhealth matters, even if not visible.
#MentalHealthAwareness 1/
No one can guess that I had to have medical leave and I am still followed by psychotherapists.
It's invisible, and I am good at hiding it until it becomes too hard. But don't be fooled by fake smiles.
Dig deeper. Listen. Be prepared to listen uncomfortable emotional stuff. 2/
It's been a year now, I begged for help and I realised now that it's hopeless and easier to discard victims than deal with #workplace #bullying. 3/

#SexualHarassment #Workplace #Law #MeTooIndia
Just clarifying some stuff on the law on sexual harassment at the workplace, in light of the many incidents which are coming out. Slightly long thread, please read till the end. bit.ly/2E4v7b5
When someone at a place of work behaves in a sexual way towards women and it is unwanted, offensive, threatening, or humiliating, it is seen as a form of harassment.
There is no fixed definition of sexual harassment. It would change from person to person, but most importantly, it depends on how comfortable the woman is with the behavior.

I read an interesting article last night on the SEVEN DANGEROUS GROUPS IN AN ORGANISATION YOU NEED TO KNOW AND HANDLE WISELY
As a #Boss beware that at one stage or another,in business, you’ll find yourself dealing with following groups of people. If u don’t deal with them wisely, your business is in danger
1 #ThomasGroup
They walk with you but they don't really believe in you.Though God can use you infront of them, they are not easily moved & take time to believe in you. This group will delay your vision and it’s a struggle & burden to lead such people who don't believe in you

Most men that I know, men who respect women as equals, are shocked when allegations come out about people like #HarveyWeinstein, #BillCosby, #LouisCK. They are in shock when men they know are accused of sexually harassing or assaulting women. THREAD 1 #BelieveWomen #RWU #MeToo
Some men find it very hard to believe that these things are so common, because they would never DO those things. If I were a man and I hadn’t experienced harassment and inappropriate behavior multiple times, I would probably find it difficult to believe. 2 #MeToo #BelieveHer
I decided to share about what I’ve experienced, so that good men who respect women can start to understand that these things happen to women know they know, work with, are related to, and love, every day. Their friends, neighbors, coworkers, relatives. 3 #sexualharassment
