In Corporate America (& in life), there is often no training manual. No real on-boarding process. And if there is one... it's often outdated, replete with errors, & is often unhelpful.

We often have to find our own way. Especially as neurodivergent &/or marginalized people.
GET TO KNOW TOP PERFORMERS ON YOUR TEAM

During onboarding, I would ask my manager if they could direct me to the top performers, and let me interview them and learn from them in that first two to four weeks.

1) This is a civil law, not a criminal law. That means the victim does not have to go to the police. The law says that any organisation with employees above ten employees need to implement the internal committee. This looks into the complaints and conducts an inquiry.
2) The presiding officer of the committee is a senior female employee. The minimum of four members and mostly less than ten. The complainant does not have to be officially an employee. The third-party can also complain. A customer, visitor can also lodge a complaint.

In 2015, 322 million ppl worldwide were affected by #depression. Of these, 57 million people or 18% were from India.
There is no single identifiable cause–several biological,social, economic,cultural & environmental factors can contribute to it. At its worst,depression can lead to suicide.
This report by the India office of the World Health Organization (WHO) examines the characteristics and impact of depression in the country, which affects people of all ages, genders, socio-economic groups and religions.

When someone at a place of work behaves in a sexual way towards women and it is unwanted, offensive, threatening, or humiliating, it is seen as a form of harassment.
There is no fixed definition of sexual harassment. It would change from person to person, but most importantly, it depends on how comfortable the woman is with the behavior.
