Remember:
Frequent and mandatory password changes are STUPID.

- decreases security
- destroys UX
- Waste of time & money

Change at suspected & confirmed breach.

Use 2-factor authentication where available. (Often enabled after 1st breach 😢)

I know, it's hard. Write them down, or use a password manager.

Remember that you can use space in passwords.
I recommend using simple, positive sentences that you WANT to remember as your password, or passphrase as we like to call it.
