Euforia #worldsbk di Sirkuit Mandalika masih santer terdengar gaungnya. Namun suara warga dari 48 kepala keluarga di Dusun Bunut, Desa Kuta, Lombok Tengah yang terpaksa harus tinggal di dalam #sirkuitmandalika semakin lirih tersamarkan deru knalpot pacuan kuda besi.
Akses masuk ke dusun hanya bisa melalui dua buah terowongan di sisi sirkuit. #dusunbunut berada tepat di sisi kanan tikungan 5, 6, 7, dan 8. Sepanjang balapan berlangsung lalu, pihak panitia memberikan gelang khusus kepada warga Dusun Bunut untuk akses keluar masuk.
Warga Dusun Bunut tidak bisa menikmati hajatan balap motor internasional seperti layaknya para wisatawan karena polusi suara yang dihasilkan.
