The code released on 20th November does contain code that corresponds to the #frontend of the website web.swaraksha.gov.in/ncv19 and the code released also contains code that lets the website interact with the application through the #webview.

Responding to an RTI, all the departments that were running, advertising, handling, providing infrastructure, etc. this app have returned a 'We Don't Know' response.
Perhaps for the first time in the history of the country, nobody knows what's going on!

Look at Aadhar. It was a UID Unique Identification Database which assigned a Unique number to a person who was in India on the basis of existing documents, including Ration Card, Electricity Bill, Apartment Registration details, Leave and License Agreement Details, etc.

A repairman came home. On a whim I asked if he had the @SetuAarogya #app. His status showed 'Mild Risk of Infection'. Would you fly, board a train, metro or enter a mall, shop with someone whose #Setu app indicates 'Risk of Infection'? (Should the #AarogyaSetuApp be mandatory?)
Frankly @PMOIndia/ @drharshvardhan need to direct officials to give details of @SetuAarogya #app: pros & cons. What does 'Moderate Risk of Infection' actually mean? Should such individuals be sent to homes to carry out repairs or stay at home till 'Green'? What about 'High Risk'?
What is the exact nature of risk posed by someone whose @SetuAarogya #app shows varying risk of infection' ? In an office, bus, metro, train, aircraft, mall or market? Govt must clarify if it wants people to take the #AarogyaSetu app seriously. Politics apart, this is safety 1st.
1/ Force people to install a mobile app doesn’t make any sense. When you publish an app, the main metric you should look at is the number of people who are using your app, not the number of downloads.
You want to create a community, a group of people who regularly use your app.

2/ If you app is good enough, people will use your app everyday. The next metric you will look at is the retention. You want the users to come back to your app everyday during a long time (forever if possible). For that, your app need to be really useful (Waze, WhatsApp, ...)
3/ If your app has some in app purchases, your “addicted users” are the target. You want them to improve their everyday experience by buying this small pack at only 4.99€.

As per clause 3(b) of the Privacy Policy, data will be retained on #mobile device. Hence, data can also be accessed by Mobile cos. As per cl. 1(b), the @SetuAarogya will use #Bluetooth and #location data. So, such data can also be accessed by #Telecom companies. 3/10 @TRAI
