I will say, though, last year advocates for remote learning spent a lot more time and energy trying to disempower parents that wanted in-person, than the other way around.

If food waste could be represented as a country, it would be the third largest greenhouse gas emitter, behind China and the U.S.

What can we do to limit the waste during #COVID19?
1/ Keep perishable items for longer by setting your fridge at the right temperatures:

40 degrees F (4 degrees C) for refrigerator.

0 degrees F (-18 degrees C) for freezer.
2/ Learn the difference between:

"use by" = follow date guidelines on perishable items such as dairy products, meat and fish.

"best used by" = food is still good to eat, but may not be at peak of freshness.
