@MayorAdler and his task force hired "Courageous Conversations" aka Pacific Educational Group in 2017 to teach city employees "Beyond Diversity" education.

Big discussion item: cafeteria monitors! Because you can't have a cafeteria full of 6-year-olds w/ no one to watch them. Evidently #AISD cut the budget for cafeteria monitors to help cover a $13 million dollar shortfall (3/n)
