So today I helped out some beautiful souls move house.. By bike. I went along cause they're lovely & I wanted to help, but also for the novelty & adventure. It was a great experience but also a magic lesson on the importance of community. 
Somewhere between 10 an 15 folks descended on this event, some total strangers also keen on the novelty. I spent today deepening connections with some very cool people, learnt some great insights to cargo transport on bike, met some awesome new folk, had some fab kai..
acquired a new game (which M6 loves), but most of all got a reminder on how fulfilling it is to connect with others, even it's for something as mundane as a house move. Making it by bike made the mundane an event and connected us all. I might not be articulating this well, but..

So we dipped out toes into the cargo bike world with a Ezee Roadrunner, a version of an Xtracycle that, while an entry level, was a well designed workhorse that transformed our lives..
I got lots of time back commuting instead of taking public transport. I took our daughter everywhere, and started to find new adventures that changed how I spent time with M5
