I told you "no hospital spread" or "they caught it in the community" was a lie.

Here's a hit piece written in support of "no spread in hospitals" which is belied by outbreaks of SARS, MERS, everything else in hospitals that adhere to droplet for $$:

So they blame the nurses for bringing it in from the community.

Strangely enough, they could answer the question by sequencing the virus, but they interestingly never do that.

They know exactly what it would show.

Yup both 6 feet and 15 minutes are nonsense.

6 foot appear to come from late 1500s. Length of plague stick. Not joking.

15 minutes is made up. Nobody can even find the origin of that one.

It was all cognitively to support droplet, which was Chapin's guess in 1912.

A _guess_
6 feet coming from 1590. I wish I were joking. This is beyond parody.

After this was some studies in early 1900s where bacteria found within 6 feet but there were other studies that contradicted this.

After THAT was 1981 and the ridiculous baby study.

Droplet is nonsense.

The argument raised by IPAC in the article that: "I go into patient rooms and haven't gotten sick therefore droplet precautions are working" is idiocy.

Why?

For the same reason "nobody needs to wear seatbelts because I'VE never gotten into an accident" is.
And if this is the level of argument that IPAC is reduced to, we have _serious_ negligence issues with this field.

As I've said elsewhere there is not a single article directly supporting droplet.

Nor is there any logic that would lead viruses to travel in droplets only
Nor does droplet explain the failure of the two meter.

Nor does droplet explain the failure of the two row rule on airplanes.

Nor does droplet explain explosive transmission.

Nor does droplet explain certain instances of transmission like elevators
