How do you think about acute liver injury, pancytopenia, and fever in a young woman? We used Occam's razor to guide our ddx at Moffitt #AMreport and we came up with: 
2/ A few hours after #AMreport, a diagnostic test returned... an HSV2 PCR positive at >1,000,000 ! This turned out to be a fascinating case of HSV2 hepatitis.
