Here's an extract from Fin Review's Aaron Patrick & his 2014 Angus Taylor article. I'm not sure you'd call it journalism, but anyhow.

This is the article Taylor's staffer claimed in a phone call to @naomirwolf last night, that Taylor was "never consulted about".

#angusgate
You'll note - like a bad romance novelist gone rogue - Aaron Patrick waxes & gushes, giving a 1st hand account of the personal business dealings of Taylor's life back then.

Apparently Angus Taylor single-handedly saved the NZ dairy industry!

But Taylor wasn't consulted on this?
"To bring the men to this point, the McKinsey consultant and Rhodes Scholar had needed to use every fibre of his charm and intellect. It worked and Fonterra, the multi-national dairy co-operative owned by 10,600 farmers, was born."

I mean.

Seriously.

By now, most of Australia knows Angus Taylor went to see Josh Frydenberg in March 2017.

But why did really he want those meetings?

What was the real reason?

If you haven’t heard about Angus Taylor’s #grassgate issue, the story goes something like:

Angus Taylor (then Minister for Cities) in early 2017, met & strongly lobbied the then Minister for Environment, Josh Frydenberg.

And all allegedly over an illegal grass spraying issue.
We say allegedly because there’s no solid proof this was the reason Angus Taylor met with Josh Frydenberg.

So let's look at this alleged illegal grass spraying issue.

It happened on an isolated 800 hectare property in Delegate, southern Monaro NSW.

Meet John....John Auer. John is a farmer from Tubbut in Vic, near the NSW border. We can't show you John's face...oh hang on a sec we can.

When John's not busy farming he's plotting to kill Australia's native wildlife, especially eagles.
You see John is the "mastermind" behind the deaths of at least 406 wedge tailed eagles over the period 2016-18. John, coached his farm hand, Murray Silvester, on how to poison the majestic raptors. The full stories are here:

and

John, may self-identify as a quiet Australian - we're not sure perhaps the ABC can ask him?

Before John was plotting a species extinction on and around his farm he was also a long time director and part owner of a company called Jam Land.

You may have heard of it.

Mini thread:

Angus Taylor and the very bad, not terribly good letter.

It seems Angus Taylor was so horrified by what he claims he saw on the now disparaged City of Sydney travel documents, he felt compelled to share his horror with Clover Moore, (and naturally the Daily Tele!)
At the heart of Angus Taylor's shock was the fact that Clover Moore and her team were apparently not watching their climate emissions (because we all know Mr Taylor is a warrior for the climate).

What horrified him even more, was that Ms Moore had spent too much on air travel.
The air travel lecture was accompanied by an assurance that the federal minister was also cutting back. And as we all know, at the heart of every politician's grand-standing sits a stinking pile of hypocrisy.

In Mr Taylor's case, $168,000 worth of hypocrisy.
