First an update from #Kharkiv, no civilians were injured in the shelling as S-300s hit the city centre.
Four rockets hit "a civil industry facility" where there was also a large fire after the impact with buildings completely destroyed.
Missiles also landed in the Central Park.

Once in the air, the men threatened the 36-year-old pilot with a gun and forced her to head for Brussels. The pilot had to fly over two adjacent prisons in the Belgian capital. According to the broadcaster VRT,
the police suspect an attempted escape, but because of its size, the helicopter could not land in the courtyard of the detention center fly from Brussels. They have been on the run since then. There are no inmates missing from the prisons.

In fact, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern's Corona-ordinance really prohibits entry of people from international risk areas AND german risk areas as well.
It's just not prominently featured on their websites.
