When Rochas Okorocha ran for President, some people thought that his efforts as a philanthropist were pointers to the kind of leadership he’ll deliver.

Having served as Governor for almost 8 years, it is clear that Rochas would have been a disaster as President.
Madam @obyezeks has made a brilliant thread but I am not convinced. I also remember how she refused to offer assistance when we approached her to speak with her friend, the former Governor of Rivers State, concerning the scholars he abandoned overseas.
