1) Nur 84 Länder haben einen Halbzeitbericht (#MTR) über die Ziellerreichung beim Sendai-Rahmenwerk (#SFDRR) termingerecht eingereicht.

... 2) 95 Länder melden Forschitte bei der Frühwarnung (#EWS). Unter den "No shows" sind auch reiche Ländern z.B. in Arabien. Das Narrativ "capacity deficit" greift zu kurz. Auch Deutschland hat hier Defizite, siehe #Ahrtal-Flut.
