2) Los contratos se han otorgado a los Astilleros del Almirantazgo de San Petersburgo y no han sido los únicos importantes firmados durante una feria un tanto descafeinada por la situación internacional y el #COVIDー19
3) Además de la compra de nuevos submarinos, se ha contratado también la reparación y modernización de los submarinos de ataque de propulsión nuclear del Proyecto 971 Akula destinados en la Flota del Norte, en este caso con Zvezdochka...

My first thought is about this concept revealed/leaked some time ago: non-strategic missile defense for cities, road-mobile, wheeled chassis.
Close up of data sheet about Abakan. Explicitly mentioned mission: enhance existing air/missile defense capabilities against massive ballistic missile salvos.
