Mijn ma geeft sportlessen. Vanwege de #coronapas kan ze nu niet meer werken. Dit doet pijn. Uiteraard kán ze zich laten vaccineren of dagelijks testen, maar dat gaat haar te ver. Ze is principieel tegen een dergelijk #controlesysteem wat in strijd is met vier grondrechten. (1/9)
Grondrechten zijn absoluut, maar omdat we geen constitutioneel hof hebben, kan dat moeilijk gehandhaafd worden. Nu is het aan het parlement om dat te toetsen, maar uiteraard zal de meerderheid in de oppositie (lees: regeringspartijen) het kabinet niet terugfluiten op deze (2/9)
grove schending van onze rechten. Dus is het juridisch enigszins sluitend (aldus gewraakte rechter), maar immoreel als wat. En dat weten we allemaal. Anders hadden alle partijen de pas niet herhaaldelijk veroordeeld het afgelopen jaar. Maar de stemming was rijp. (3/9)
