Sangh is using the permission of classification in #Article14 to state that the classification is constitutional. But they don't say what are the criteria for that classification.

Which is to say @Paula_White is right about Jesus not breaking the law in seeking safety in Egypt and WRONG about every brave soul seeking safety in America when she calls them “illegal”.
