I have been duped by @SamsungIndia official customer care centre. I write so anyone reading this is vary of buying goods fm @Samsung

7th sep- v get the confirmation on msg (attached) & an online tracker fr the complaint. Same night we notice the tracker states that our fridge has been repaired wt all QC done by technician Mr.Simon. This was obviously wrong, so questioned @SamsungIndia call centre again. #chor
8th sep-v call the call centre. It assures us someone will visit within 2 days.
9thsep- 'Technician' Amit calls stating tht he is frm @SamsungIndia. The man knows my fridge isn't cooling enough, knows where i stay, has my complaint no.V hv no reason to Q his authenticity #duped

On reaching home an issue I noticed was that my phone would not charge beyond 80%. There is a setting to turn off "Optimised Battery Charging" which should allow the battery to charge to 100% everytime when turned off regardless of anything.

women who are about to deliver and their babies. Doctors and Nurses over there recommend caesarean section(C.S Without giving the poor women opportunity to try to deliver by themselves. In the process they get them killed. A woman Mrs Funmilayo(RIP)
just died today 15th of April 2020, after her C.S.. She was left unattended to and bleeding after the procedure and she complained to the doctors that she had headache and gave up the ghost. A colleague of mine also lost her baby due to their #badservice.
