Curious what #BelowDeck alum though of Camille, I watched Galley Talk and was so disappointed in my favorite yachtie Kate Chastain who fell into white woman solidarity with racist Camille. Kate said Alissa was condescending. No, Alissa was a Black woman supervising a white woman.
This season of #BelowDeck is a study in racism. Camille repeatedly is caught lying about others to get out of work. Sandy heard Camille lie about herself. She's constantly sneaking away from the job. Yet, they wonder who's to blame for the friction between Alissa & Camille
Fraser reveals himself by saying he cannot decide who is telling the truth between Alissa (hard-working, responsible) and Camille (shirker, prone to crying, sneaking off) so he won't do anything. Sorry, if he can't decide who is more credible, he's a stone-cold racist.

@BravoWWHL Hey @Andy ask @AshtonPienaar what he thought about what he did to me in Tahiti. He tried to sexually assault me but I still have his back! He’s my buddy! @ross_inia care to comment? #belowdeck #belowdeckuncensored

A real-life episode of #belowdeck is about to play-out in front of me. We have a tender in the foreground, yacht behind, and crew setting up a beach picnic next to us. I might have to go offer to help! @capthlr @Kate_Chastain
The tender is on its way back to the ship, while the crew remaining on the beach take photos of the rather impressive setup.
The $120m yacht was built in 2017 and (surprise, surprise) owned by a Russian construction billionaire. He charters it out, though, so we’ll see who emerges from its 242ft of exorbinance.

I feel bad for both Kate & Simone on #BelowDeck. Too often an unprepared, unskilled stew is hired for it not to be production deliberately hiring someone without the necessary experience. I doubt Simone wanted to look incompetent so they must have misled her
But I don't understand if you know you are going to be working as a stew on a TV show, why don't you watch a few episode, see that you have to pour drinks, make cocktails, make iced coffee, slice citrus, and watch YouTube tutorials?
They seem to allow little time for training, but they should have a day of in-service for inside and deck crews. But then there would be less drama.
