Covid-19 has led to frequent calls for building back better, which would be great, but I think it is also important to ask 'what can climate finance do to help speed the recovery?' -millions worldwide are being pushed back into poverty and there is an urgent need for more finance

Climate finance immensely complex & I'm no expert, but maybe @nleecgd's advice to DFIs transfers to climate finance institutions? -eg look for opportunities to support existing clients, plan for balance sheet damage, move to higher risk instruments.
