It wasn't insecurity when Nigerịa military went to Head Bridge Onitsha, Nkpor, Aba Community High School, Emene, Igweocha and Umuahia and opened fire on peaceful protesters waving flag and chanting songs and kịlled thousands of youths.
You declared python dance 1,2 and 3 on peaceful protesters and yet your mind didn't tell you that you are creating insecurity. You abducted thousands, kịlled some and got some imprisoned without trial and you didn't know that such actions breed insecurity of the highest level.
You didn't think that nothing breeds insecurity like corruption and injustice.

You kịlled people and had their bodies littered everywhere on the streets of the North. They went to Aburi for peace agreement and you reneged on it, and went on to levy war against them.

The organisation that first proposed #BiafraHeroesDay from the earliest available references I could find is a group known as the BIAFRA FOUNDATION based in the USA in the year 2002.
It must be admitted that Chief Ralph Uwazurike had already started the Movement For The Actualisation Of Biafra (MASSOB) in 1999 in Ijesha, Lagos.

The first available record of #BiafraHeroesDay event held in Nigeria was organised by Chief Ralph Uwazurike led MASSOB in 2004.
