当地时间2022年10月25日，Bithumb Holdings前董事长李正勋因涉嫌金融诈骗1000亿韩元（约5.4亿元）被韩国检察院上告法庭。原定于12月20日开庭审理的李正勋一案最终于2023年1月3日，在首尔中央地方法院刑事法庭开审。法院最终以证据不足，一审宣告李正勋无罪。
