51 years after Stonewall, too many Black LGBTQ+ Americans face poverty & violence every day. The murder of Black trans women is an epidemic. Our policing system fails them. We say loud & clear: #BlackLivesMatter, #BlackQueerLivesMatter & #BlackTransLivesMatter.
Today & every day, we remember the Black Americans & LGBTQ+ Americans who have risked everything to fight for equity, justice, & respect. And we continue fighting to dismantle bigotry, hate, homophobia, transphobia, & white supremacy in our country.
