Seriously it's like I need to write a list of the people who care and respect for me and frequently refer to and update said list.
I wish I didn't experience this but it's a symptom and not a choice. As you can imagine this has lead to me frequently querying people who I considered to be close to me about what I might have done to upset them and why they don't care about me anymore... when of course I never

These are the criteria. To get a diagnosis you need to tick 5/9 
But you're probably thinking "if someone has criteria 1-5 and another person 5-9 they have the same diagnosis while only sharing 1 characteristic!"

1/ In honor of #bpdawarenessmonth, here is a thread that gives you a general historical overview of #BPD, current conceptualizations, diagnostic criteria, and experience-near descriptions & recommendations for the individual w/BPD & those they have close relationships with.
