Two buildings from Two cities, Two ends of the vast country called #India but united through #architecture which is distinctly British. The red building is from #Kolkata, the #British called it #Calcutta, their financial and political capital till they shifted their interest to 
India’s present #financial capital, #Mumbai, named #Bombay by them. The white building is in her older part. I always stare at these buildings, alive & throbbing with life, wondering if the inhabitants are aware of the #history they are enveloped in. Do they really want to know?
