Agribusiness taught me a fascinating similarity between crop and human.

In agriculture, all crops demand a specific criteria. That is;

The right soil and temperature
Fertilisers and manure
Sufficient irrigation
And Pesticides

Doing it right is usually costly, but it has...
been the farmers that invest enough in the crop that harvest the best

In South Africa, black soil and temperature(society) is usually bad. On top of this, our investment in fertilisers and manure(education), irrigation (social construction), pesticides (social security) is poor.

But since cheap labour demanded black, they decided to exclude us economically rather. This system exist to this day.

Black child, our share of the urban economy will only come from our own cities
By the end of the 70s, China was poorer than several African countries.

So by the early 1980s, Chinese government introduced The Great Urbanisation plan.

To move hundreds of millions of the country's rural population into the cities to fuel economic growth.
