Today, I have written to my fellow @blackburndarwen councillors updating them on the clean-up element of #bwdycall campaign. There is so much going on to make the borough a better place and my and my colleagues' role is to help support people who want to make a difference. 
It's such a shame that some people still think it is okay to drrop litter. It's not. It's selfish and it's antisocial. But groups like @BlackburnTidy and Keep Darwen Tidy and other community minded individuals do a great job in keeping our borough clean and green.
