Speaking of workshops, I have to share these photos of some diagrams, because they are amazingly neat! ✏️
This is from iteration one of my architecture kata ... it’s fairly typical from a content perspective (i.e. it’s vague), but it looks great! 
And here’s iteration two, after I introduce the #c4model ... who needs tooling when you can draw like this!
Some good stuff here, although there is still room for more details on the example diagrams ... technology choices, relationship intent, etc.
e.g. “why is the ABC Financial System communicating with the Analytics system?”
“What technologies are the various microservices built from?”
