1) Cancer Therapeutic Related Cardiac Dysfunction (CTRCD) defined as decrease in ❤️LVEF >10% from baseline to a value <55%
2) Type 1 cardiotoxicity such as from Anthracyclines 💉is dose related, cumulative, and irreversible and Dexrazoxane can reduce risk
